Galette Des Rois (King's Cake)
Traditional Galette Des Rois filled with frangipane cream, house-made ultra buttery puff-pastry, round shaped (9inches). Frozen. Bake-At-Home. Féve and crown not included.
Instructions for bake:
Move pie from freezer to fridge 1 hour before baking.
Once soft enough, fill in the féve by opening gently the back of the pie; make sure the opening is small, just enough to fill-in the féve. close the opening gently using two hands.
Alternatively, the féve can be placed inside after the pie is baked.
Place the pie on a lined pan. Preheat oven to 350F.
Bake: 45 min at 350F. avoid opening the oven door during the process.
